I try to use as much natural lighting as possible and keep it simple by not using a bunch of props. We want to see You!<br> <br> The Session:<br> Sessions are mostly all on location, so either you pick the location, or I will suggest a few. We have so many great parks in the area, such as Crystal Mountain golf & ski resort, Art Park, Manistee city park, the Bear Lake Park, and other parks, including access to beaches. Some of my favorite beaches are Lake Michigan and Bear Lake, and the water features at Crystal Mountain golf & ski resort.  After deciding on a location we work together to find the best time for both you and I. Morning or late afternoon times are often recommended as the lighting is often the best. Most sessions last about 1 hour. <br> <br> For children’s portraits scheduling a time when they are going to be rested and happy is essential. Feel free to bring some small props like hats, or a favorite stuffed animal. <br> <br> What to Wear:<br> Simple is the best. Too many colors and patterns are distracting and take away from the subject. For Family portraits, it does look much nicer to be somewhat coordinated. Jeans and khakis are a good choice for pants. <br> <br> When can I view the portraits?<br> Images will be available to view either as proofs or online within 2 weeks after the session. <br> <br> When do I get the finished prints back?<br> Usually within 2-3 weeks. It may take longer depending on the type of print ordered, and any special services. </font></p> </body>
